Description
Coffee loses much of its aroma within minutes of grinding. That is why coffee ground just before brewing tastes richer. The Brammels manual coffee grinder lets you grind fresh, every time.
Inside are two ceramic burrs. Burrs crush the beans into an even size, which is important for good coffee. Blade grinders chop the beans unevenly, so some parts are too fine and some too coarse.
Ceramic stays sharp for years and doesn’t heat up while you grind, so the coffee doesn’t lose flavor.
The grind size is adjustable. Turn the ring under the burrs to set it. Fine for espresso, medium for filter coffee, coarse for a French press or cold brew.
The grinder holds 30 grams of beans. That makes two large cups or four small ones. Grinding takes about a minute.
It is quiet. You can grind early in the morning without waking the house.
The body is stainless steel and small enough for a backpack. Take it camping or on holiday.
To clean, brush out the burrs. Don’t wash them with water.
Use it with the electric milk frother for a cappuccino at home.
