Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it has been shipped, you can return it after delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order as a guest. With an account, you see your orders, returns and warranty requests in one place.
Is a product out of stock?
The product page shows the date we expect it. Click Notify me, and we email you when it is back.
Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Order before 10:00 PM on a business day, and we ship it the same day. Most orders arrive within 2 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Free from €50, otherwise €4.95. Large items cost €14.95. Pickup in a store is always free.
Payment
How can I pay?
You choose a payment method at checkout. In our stores, you can pay by card or with a gift card.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is attached to your shipping email and is always available in your account.
Returns
How long do I have to return something?
30 days after delivery. See Returns for the steps.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 business days after we receive the product, plus 1 to 3 days for your bank.
Warranty and repairs
My product broke. What now?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. If it is covered by warranty, we repair it, replace it or refund you. See Warranty.
Can I buy spare parts?
For many products, yes: the blade of the Hoogmaat bypass pruning shears, the heads of the dish brush, the covers of the flat mop and more. Ask us which parts are available.
