We want your order with you quickly and in one piece. Here is how delivery works.
Shipping times
Order before 10:00 PM on a business day, and we ship your order the same day. Most orders arrive the next business day, and almost all within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday.
When a product is not in stock, the product page says so, with the date we expect it. If your order contains a product that is not in stock, we wait and ship everything together, unless you ask us to send it in two parts.
Delivery costs
- Orders from €50: free delivery.
- Orders under €50: €4.95.
- Large items, like the bookcase with 5 shelves or the raised garden bed: €14.95, also above €50. You see this at checkout.
Where we deliver
At checkout, enter your postal code and you see at once whether we deliver to your address and when. We can’t deliver to PO boxes.
Track your order
When your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email with a tracking link. You see where your package is and when it will arrive. You can also choose another day or a neighbor through that link.
Not at home?
If nobody is home, the driver tries a neighbor first. If that doesn’t work, your package goes to a nearby pickup point, and you get an email with the address. You have 7 days to collect it.
Pick up in a store
Prefer to pick up your order? Choose one of our stores at checkout. Pickup is always free. We email you as soon as your order is ready, usually the next business day. Bring your order number. The store keeps your order for 14 days.
Damaged on arrival?
Check your package when it arrives. If the box is badly damaged, take a photo before you open it. If something inside is broken, send us the photos within 7 days through the contact form. We send a replacement or refund you, and you don’t need to return the broken product.
Packaging
We pack in cardboard boxes made from recycled paper, with paper filling. No plastic bubbles. Everything can go in the paper recycling bin.
