Description
Jumping rope is one of the most efficient workouts there is. It trains your heart, your legs and your coordination in a few minutes a day.
This jump rope has a small counter in one handle. It counts every jump and shows the time. You can focus on your rhythm instead of counting. Set a goal, such as 500 jumps, and see when you reach it.
The rope is a thin steel cable with a PVC coating. Steel gives it weight, so it turns smoothly and doesn’t tangle. The coating protects your floor and your legs.
The cable runs in ball bearings inside the handles. Bearings let it spin freely, without twisting. At high speed, the rope stays in a smooth arc.
The rope is 3 meters long. That is too long for most people, so you adjust it. A small screw in the handle holds the cable. Loosen it, pull the cable through to the right length, and tighten it again. Stand on the middle of the rope: the handles should reach your armpits.
Jump on a wooden floor or a mat, not on concrete, to protect your knees.
