Description
Not everyone can touch the floor in every yoga pose. That is normal. A yoga block brings the floor closer to you, so you can do the pose with good form.
This block is made of cork. Cork is light but firm. When you put your weight on it, it doesn’t sink in. Foam blocks are softer and wobble under pressure. With cork, your hand rests on a stable surface.
Cork has a natural grip, even when your hands are damp. It also feels pleasant and warm.
The edges are rounded. When you hold the block or lean on it, no sharp corner presses into your palm.
The block measures 23 by 15 by 7.5 centimeters. Place it flat for the lowest height, on its long side for medium, or on its end for the highest. Three heights in one block.
Use it under your hand in a triangle pose, under your hips in a seated pose, or between your thighs to work your inner legs.
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Cork doesn’t absorb sweat and stays fresh.
A good match for the yoga mat 6 mm.
