Description
The yoga mat 6 mm is our mat for home. This 4 mm mat is made for the road: lighter, thinner and easier to carry.
It is four millimeters thick and weighs 1.2 kilos. Rolled up, it is about the size of a large water bottle. It fits on a backpack, in a sports bag or in a suitcase.
Thinner has another benefit. You feel the floor better. In standing and balance poses, like the tree or the warrior, you stand steadier. If you have sensitive knees, fold the end of the mat double for kneeling poses, or use the 6 mm mat at home.
The top has a fine texture that grips your hands and feet, also when you sweat. The bottom grips the floor, so the mat stays put on wood and tiles.
The size is 183 by 61 centimeters, the same as our thicker mat.
Choose petrol, gray or dusty pink.
An elastic strap keeps the mat rolled up.
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let it dry before you roll it up.
