Description
The Torenvalk backpack of 30 liters is made for day trips: a long walk, a bike ride, or a day in a city.
Thirty liters is the right size for one day. It holds a rain jacket, a fleece, lunch, a water bottle, a first aid kit and a map, with some room to spare.
The back panel is made of tensioned mesh that stands a few centimeters away from your back. Air flows between your back and the pack. On a warm day, your back stays drier. With a normal backpack, your shirt gets soaked where the pack touches it.
In a small pocket at the bottom sits a rain cover. When it starts to rain, pull it out and stretch it over the pack. Your things stay dry. When the rain stops, fold it back into its pocket.
Adjust the shoulder straps so the pack sits high on your back, not low on your hips.
The color is moss green.
Pack heavy things close to your back and in the middle. The pack then sits better and feels lighter.
