Description
A measuring jug is one of the simplest tools in a kitchen, and one of the most used. This one is made of clear plastic and holds 1 liter.
On the inside you find three scales. One shows milliliters for water, milk and stock. One shows grams of flour. One shows grams of sugar. Flour and sugar weigh differently per milliliter, so each has its own scale. For a quick recipe, you don’t need to get out the scale.
The scales are printed on the inside of the jug. Printing on the outside wears away over time, especially in the dishwasher. On the inside, the markings stay clear.
The jug has a wide base. Filled to the top, it stays upright on the counter and doesn’t tip over when you knock it lightly.
The spout is narrow. You pour milk into a small saucepan or batter into a waffle iron without spilling.
The jug is light, dishwasher safe and can also go into the microwave to warm milk.
For exact weights, use the digital kitchen scale 5 kg.
