A hand blender saves you a step and a dirty bowl. You put it into the pan of soup, switch it on, and the soup is smooth in a minute. No pouring hot soup into a jug, no extra dishes.
The Brammels hand blender has 800 watt. That is strong enough for soup with root vegetables, a smoothie with frozen fruit, or a quick mayonnaise.
The blending foot is stainless steel. It doesn’t scratch the bottom of a pan, and it doesn’t take on the color of tomato or carrot as plastic does.
The speed control is stepless. Start slowly, so hot soup doesn’t splash out of the pan, and turn up the speed when the blades are covered. A turbo button gives full power for a moment.
A whisk comes with it. Click it on in place of the blending foot, and whip cream for a dessert or egg whites for a meringue.
Cleaning is simple. Click off the foot and rinse it under the tap, or put it in the dishwasher. The motor part wipes clean with a damp cloth.
