Description
Light along a garden path is pleasant and safe. Laying cables for it is a big job. These solar lights need no cable at all.
Each light has a small solar panel on top. During the day, the panel charges a battery inside the light. A sensor notices when it gets dark, and the light turns on by itself. In the morning, it turns off again.
On a full battery, the lights shine for six to eight hours. In summer, they last the whole evening. In winter, there is less sun, so they shine for a shorter time.
The light has a warm color, not the cold blue-white of some solar lamps. It gives a soft glow in a border or next to a terrace.
You push each light into the soil on its stake. Move them whenever you like.
The lights are resistant to rain and frost and can stay outside all year. Wipe the solar panels clean now and then. Dust and leaves on the panel mean less light at night.
