Description
A mirror does more than show your reflection. It reflects light and space, which makes a small room feel bigger and brighter.
This mirror is round, with a diameter of 60 centimeters. Round mirrors soften a room full of straight lines: doors, windows, cabinets and shelves.
The frame is a thin band of black metal. It gives the mirror a clear edge without drawing attention away from it.
The mirror glass is moisture resistant. It can hang in a bathroom above a sink, where steam from the shower would damage the silver layer of an ordinary mirror.
On the back is a strong metal hook. Hang it on one screw, and the mirror stays level.
Good places for a round mirror:
– in a hallway, so you can check your look before you leave,
– above a dresser or a side table,
– across from a window, to bounce daylight into the room,
– above the bathroom sink.
Use a screw and a wall plug that can carry the weight. In a solid wall, an 8 mm plug from the wall plugs and screws assortment works well. In drywall, find a stud with the stud finder.
Clean the glass with a microfiber window cloth.
