Description
The Hoogmaat toolbox, 89 pieces, is a complete set of tools in a case. This Kistwerk tool storage box is the opposite: an empty box for the tools you already have.
It is 48 centimeters long, 25 wide and 24 high. That fits a hammer, a hand saw, a cordless drill in its case, pliers, screwdrivers and a tape measure.
Inside, at the top, is a removable tray. Keep small tools you use often in the tray, like a utility knife, a pencil and bits. Lift the tray out to reach the large tools below.
In the lid are two small organizers with clear covers. Sort screws, wall plugs and nails by size. You see what is inside without opening them.
The box closes with two metal latches. Plastic latches break after a while. Metal latches last.
The handle is wide and sits well in your hand, also when the box is full.
The plastic is strong and handles a fall from a workbench.
Hang the utility knife with 10 blades and the wall plugs and screws assortment in the box, and you are ready for most jobs.
For storage on the wall, see the garage wall rack for garden tools.
