Description
Garden tools on the floor of a shed fall over, get in the way and rust faster. A wall rack keeps them hanging, dry and easy to reach.
This rack is a steel rail of 80 centimeters with six hooks. The hooks slide along the rail, so you can space them to fit your tools.
There are different hooks:
– two forked hooks for long tools like rakes, spades and brooms; hang them head up or head down,
– two double hooks for small tools like the hand hoe and the garden trowel,
– one wide hook for a coiled garden hose or an extension cord,
– one deep hook for a bike or a ladder.
The rail and the hooks are powder-coated steel. They don’t rust in a damp shed or garage.
The rail carries up to 50 kilos in total. Mounting materials for a solid wall are included.
Mount it at about 150 centimeters high, so long tools hang free of the floor.
Ideas: hang the bypass loppers, the hand hedge shears and the bulb planter with foot rest, and keep the garden kneeling pad on a hook too.
For smaller items, add a few wooden storage crates on the floor below.
For the garden hose 15 meters and 25 meters, the wall-mounted hose reel is another option.
