Description
Microfiber cloths are made of very thin fibers, much thinner than a hair. Those fibers have many tiny edges that catch dust, grease and dirt. That is why you often need only water to clean with them.
Wet a cloth, wring it out, and wipe the counter. The grease comes along with the cloth instead of being pushed around. On glass and mirrors, a slightly damp cloth leaves no streaks. Dry, the cloth picks up dust from shelves and screens.
The set holds 10 cloths in five colors, two of each. Give each color its own job. For example: blue for windows, green for the kitchen, yellow for the bathroom, red for the toilet, and gray for dusting. That keeps germs from moving from one room to another.
The cloths can be washed at sixty degrees. Wash them without fabric softener. Softener coats the fibers and makes them less effective.
With good care, the cloths last for several hundred washes.
For floors, use the flat mop with microfiber cover, which works the same way on a larger scale.
