Description
A good bath towel is soft, absorbent and lasts for years. The Golfslag bath towel is all three.
It is made of cotton with long loops. The loops are what absorb water. Longer loops absorb more and feel softer. The weight of the fabric is 550 grams per square meter. That is a thick, heavy towel, like the ones you find in a good hotel.
The size is 70 by 140 centimeters. That is large enough to wrap around your body after a shower.
A loop is sewn into one side. Hang the towel on a hook to dry.
New towels sometimes shed a little lint. Wash them two or three times before first use. After that, the lint stops and the towel becomes more absorbent.
Choose from four colors: white, sand, sage green and anthracite. The same colors come in the hand towel 50 x 100 and the bath mat 60 x 90, so you can make a matching set.
Wash at forty or sixty degrees. Leave out fabric softener: it coats the loops and makes the towel less absorbent. Tumble dry on a low setting or shake it out before you hang it, for a fluffy feel.
