Description
Some dogs push their water bowl around the kitchen when they drink, and spill half of it. A heavy ceramic bowl stays where it is.
This water bowl is made of thick glazed ceramic. It weighs more than a steel or plastic bowl. Your dog can drink with gusto, and the bowl stays in place.
The glaze is smooth inside and out. It doesn’t scratch and doesn’t absorb smells. Clean it with hot water and soap, or in the dishwasher.
It holds 1.2 liters. That is enough fresh water for a day for most dogs and cats. Still, refresh the water daily, and more often in hot weather.
The color is sage green. It looks calm in a kitchen or a hallway.
Ceramic keeps water cool longer than steel on a warm day.
Ceramic can break when dropped on a hard floor. Handle it carefully when you carry it to the sink.
Place the bowl on a mat or a tray if your dog still spills. A bowl next to the food is good, but some pets prefer to drink a little away from where they eat.
For food, see the stainless steel food bowls, set of 2.
