Description
Pet bowls are used every day and need to be cleaned often. Stainless steel is the easiest material to keep clean.
Plastic bowls get small scratches from teeth and claws. Bacteria collect in those scratches, and some pets get spots on their chin from them. Stainless steel doesn’t scratch easily and has a smooth surface that is easy to clean.
The set has two identical bowls. Use one for food and one for water.
On the bottom of each bowl is a rubber ring. It keeps the bowl in place while your pet eats or drinks. Without it, a steel bowl slides across a tiled floor. The ring also makes it quieter.
The bowls go into the dishwasher. Take off the rubber ring first, or wash them by hand.
Choose the size:
– S, 400 milliliters, for cats and small dogs,
– M, 900 milliliters, for medium dogs,
– L, 1.8 liters, for large dogs.
Fresh water every day is important. Wash the water bowl daily and the food bowl after every meal.
For water on the go, or a heavier bowl that stays in place, see the ceramic water bowl. For food storage, see the pet food storage container.
