Description
A dish brush is used every day, so it may as well be a good one. This brush has a handle of beech wood and bristles made of plant fiber.
The bristles are stiff enough to scrub a frying pan or the bottom of a pot, and soft enough to clean glasses and cups without scratches. Plant fiber holds water well, so a little dish soap goes a long way.
The handle is 25 centimeters long. Your hands stay out of hot water, and you can reach the bottom of a tall glass or a vase.
Beech is a hard, smooth wood. It doesn’t splinter and feels good in your hand. Let the brush dry after use, bristles down, so water doesn’t soak into the wood. The cord at the top lets you hang it on a hook.
The head can be replaced. When the bristles are worn, buy a new head and keep the handle. Less waste and less money.
Don’t use the brush on nonstick pans with sharp bits stuck on. Soak those first, then use a soft sponge.
For drying, see the stainless steel dish rack. For the counter, see the dishcloths, set of 10.
