A leash is in your hand on every walk. A good one feels comfortable and doesn’t give way when your dog pulls. The Kwispelhof leather dog leash is both.
It is made of cowhide leather. Leather is pleasant to hold. It doesn’t cut into your hand like a thin nylon leash can when your dog pulls. With every walk, it becomes softer and more supple.
The leash is 1.5 meters long. That gives your dog room to walk next to you and sniff the edge of the path, without so much slack that it gets tangled.
At the end is a brass snap hook. Brass doesn’t rust. The hook is strong and opens with your thumb, so you can clip it on and off with one hand while you hold your dog with the other.
The hand loop at the top is stitched and riveted.
Choose brown, to match the leather dog collar in brown, or black.
Let a wet leash dry at room temperature, not on a heater. Rub in a little leather balm once in a while.
For dogs that pull, use the leash with the padded dog harness. Keep poop bags at hand with the poop bags with holder, 120 bags.
