Description
Barbecuing with kitchen tools means burned fingers. These tools are made for the heat of a grill.
The set has three tools.
The tongs grip sausages, chicken, corn and vegetables. The ends are shaped to hold round food without it slipping out. A lock keeps them closed when you put them away.
The spatula is wide, for turning burgers and fish. One edge is serrated, so you can cut a piece of meat to check if it is done.
The fork is for lifting large pieces, like a whole roast. Use it sparingly on steaks: every hole lets juice escape.
Each tool is 42 centimeters long. Your hands stay far from the hot coals.
The tools are made of stainless steel. They don’t rust, and they are easy to clean.
The handles are wood. Wood doesn’t get as hot as metal, so you can hold the handles without gloves.
At the end of each handle is a loop. Hang the tools on the side of the barbecue or on a hook.
Wash the metal parts with warm water and soap. Don’t soak the wooden handles.
For the charcoal barbecue 45 cm or the tabletop gas barbecue.
