Description
A box of sidewalk chalk turns a plain sidewalk or a playground into a large drawing board.
The set has 20 sticks in ten bright colors, two of each. The sticks are thick. Thin chalk breaks when a child presses hard, and small pieces are hard to hold. Thick sticks fit well in small hands and last much longer.
The chalk makes little dust. Your child’s hands and clothes stay cleaner, and less dust blows into the air.
Chalk is temporary. The first rain shower washes it off the sidewalk. Or use a bucket of water and a brush. No marks stay behind.
The sticks come in a small bucket with a handle. After drawing, everything goes back into the bucket. Children can carry it themselves to the playground.
What to draw? Hopscotch, roads for toy cars, a big sun, a family portrait, or a long line to walk on like a tightrope.
From 3 years.
Chalk can leave marks on light-colored clothes, but these wash out in a normal wash.
More outdoor fun: the XL bubble set and the water pistol 600 ml.
