Description
Some puzzles are easy because every part of the picture is different. This one is a challenge. Most of the picture is sky: white and gray clouds over a wide, flat, green polder.
That is what makes it fun. The polder is the easy part. You find the edges, the fields and the line of the horizon. Then the sky begins. Every piece looks almost the same. You start to look at shapes instead of colors, and at small differences in the gray of a cloud.
The puzzle has 1000 pieces and measures 68 by 48 centimeters when finished. Make sure you have a table or a puzzle board of that size.
The pieces have a matte finish. A glossy puzzle reflects the light of a lamp, and you can’t see the picture. With matte pieces, you see every detail, also in the evening.
The pieces are punched from thick cardboard. They fit together tightly and click into place. The edges don’t fray, so the puzzle still looks good after many rounds.
Tip: sort the sky pieces by shape first. Pieces with two tabs on opposite sides go in one pile, and so on.
